Processing and Shipping Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Timeline

• Within Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: 3-5 business days
• Within Egypt: 7-10 days
• Outside of Egypt: 2-3 weeks

Shipping Cost

The cost of delivery will be calculated based on the delivery address and will be added to the total cost of your order at the time of checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can track the status of your delivery.

Cancellation Policy

We will do our best to cancel your order if you contact us before it ships, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed.
